Remote amateur radio, built for real stations
zzRemote connects your radio PC, your operator clients and your guests with low latency, clean PTT behaviour and controlled access. Start with a Yaesu FT-991A today and grow from there.
Core idea
A station PC connects to the radio via USB audio and CAT. Approved clients can operate with the rights you grant.
Station owners can publish receive-only access on a map. Visitors listen in the browser; TX and CAT are not exposed.
Registered users can request access. The station owner stays in control and creates the actual invitation.
No installation for listeners
Open the map, pick a shared station and listen to the current RX audio in your browser. The public path is intentionally passive: no PTT, no CAT control, no tuning commands.
Safety by design
zzRemote separates public listening from authenticated operation. Public RX cannot send frames back to the station worker, while full operation requires registration, station-owner approval and a dedicated invitation.
Use the On Air Portal for productive station management. Use the Test Bench for experiments before they go live.
